Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Director of Training (Pharmaceutical Sales/Remote) to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for our field teams. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to accelerate onboarding, improve product knowledge, and drive performance across a nationwide, remote team.

The role requires 3–5 years in a sales training capacity within pharma or devices, strong presentation skills, and hands-on LMS management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales Training role within the Pharmaceutical or Device industry.
• Experience delivering training to a variety of audiences in a corporate setting.
• Ability to command a strong classroom presence and translate concepts into learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and implementation of training materials for current and future products.
• Identify and implement learning programs focused on clinical acumen, skill development, and account management.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to onboard new hires and upskill staff.
• Manage LMS administration and vendor partnerships for content development and deployment.
