Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Sr. Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and management of pharmacuetical training programs for clients. You will develop materials, facilitate engaging sessions, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and client needs.

Required are 5+ years in a national sales training role with curriculum development and 3+ years selling pharmaceuticals or medical devices. Travel up to 50% and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical training is mandatory.
• 5+ years in a national sales training department with curriculum development.
• 3+ years of experience as a successful sales representative in pharma or medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and manage training programs for pharmaceutical clients.
• Facilitate live or virtual trainings with strong product knowledge and selling skills.
• Support material creation and oversee content review through legal, regulatory, and medical review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement dynamic learning materials.
• Manage project plans, risks, and milestones across training initiatives.
• On-board and coach field trainers and emerging sales leaders.
• Provide train-the-trainer and new hire training as needed.
• Travel 50% based on client training needs.
