Job summary

EVERSANA, a leading life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver training for current and future products in the pharmaceutical field.

You will develop advanced learning programs, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams, manage onboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires 3–5 years of pharma training experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with strong presentation skills and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales Training role within the Pharmaceutical or Device industry.
• Experience delivering training to a variety of audiences in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training materials for current and future products.
• Identify and implement advanced learning programs to improve field teams' performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support onboarding and ongoing skill development.
