Job summary

EVERSANA, a leading life sciences commercialization solutions provider, is seeking a qualified Training Manager to design and deliver programs for field teams and onboarding. The role partners with Sales, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and IT to ensure compliant, effective training across products.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in pharmaceutical or device training, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years in pharmaceutical or device sales training.
Experience delivering training to a variety of audiences in a corporate setting.
Experience with HIV or rare diseases is a plus.
Strong classroom presence and facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement training materials for current and future products.
Identify, develop, and implement advanced learning programs focused on clinical acumen and account management.
Establish learning objectives translating strategy into actionable behaviors.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional departments to support onboarding and training.
Ensure onboarding processes are efficient and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Manage LMS and distance learning technology for the commercial field team.
Oversee vendor partners from selection to content deployment.
Provide training for speakers and research future materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver training as needed.
