Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking an Entry Level and/or Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep. You will educate and promote pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers while managing your territory to sustain physician groups and offices.

This role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets in a remote-capable setup. Excellent communication and learning mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and use Zoom.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Target health professionals to maximize sales growth.
• Sell products with effective knowledge to influence physicians.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing.
• Plan activity using sales tools and supporting analysis.
• Completion of PSC/CNPR/CMR credentials recommended.
• Leverage data to discuss HCP and patient needs.
• Continual learning on sales and product knowledge.
