Job summary

Paragon Pharma seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty) to educate, promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to physicians and other healthcare providers. You will manage a territory, build relationships and help achieve sales goals with support from management.

Qualifications

Some sales experience and/or abilities.
Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use Zoom software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.

Responsibilities

Manage territory accounts and identify the key decision makers.
Inform highly influential physicians about the details of pharmaceutical and medical products.
Balance time needed in front of customers to achieve expected results.
Plan and know how to compete and win in a healthcare marketplace.
Create territory plans including goals and resource allocation for key customers.
Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
Team with customers as a business partner to grow accounts.
Utilize consultative skills to assist customers.
Market/sell vertical products.
