Qualifications

• Advanced command of AI sourcing and talent intelligence platforms.
• Proven ability to locate accurate personal contact information and write outreach.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up research and personalize outreach.
• Knowledge of data privacy, anti-spam, and AI in hiring regulations; ethical sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Discover hidden talent and build sourcing strategies for pharma and biotech sales roles.
• Go beyond LinkedIn using AI, data sources, associations, conferences and networks.
• Map the market by company, area, territory and title to pre-select top candidates.
• Find accurate contact info including personal emails and mobile numbers.
• Execute multi-channel outreach and gauge genuine interest and fit.
• Hand off warm, qualified candidates with clear background notes to recruiters.
• Track candidates and report pipeline metrics; stay current with new tools.
