Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Talent Sourcer with a strong sales mindset to drive high-volume outreach, build pipelines of passive talent, and partner with recruiters to fill roles efficiently. This role emphasizes a proactive, metrics-driven approach and relationship building across functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, plus expert Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR/business.
• At least five years in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
• Expert-level Boolean search proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools and data-driven sourcing.
• Strong sales-type ability to sell career opportunities.
• Experience using AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive high volume outbound sourcing including cold calls and emails.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent across functions.
• Use a sales approach to engage and convert prospects.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define needs.
• Track activity and pipeline to meet weekly/monthly goals.
• Leverage sourcing platforms and creative strategies to uncover talent.
• Represent Enhabit with professionalism and a strong value-based pitch.
