Collaborate with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, CRM tools, referrals, and professional networks. This role emphasizes sourcing excellence across the country and tracking KPIs like outreach volume

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Sourcer in healthcare recruiting.
• Proven ability to source Pharmacists, Pharmacy Managers, or similarly specialized clinical professionals.
• Expertise in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and pharmacy licensing databases.
• Strong sourcing volume management with KPIs including outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline conversion.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective talent pipelines, with an emphasis on sourcing rather than managing the full recruitment cycle.
