Job summary

Paragon Pharma seeks an entry level or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate, promote and sell products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage a territory, build relationships and coordinate with management to achieve sales goals while adhering to regulations.

The role requires the ability to work remotely, strong communication, and the use of Zoom. Industry credentials like PSC, CNPR or CMR are valued for advancement.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Completion of industry-specific credentials such as PSC, CNPR, or CMR.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Inform highly influential physicians about pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time in front of customers to achieve expected results.
• Plan and know how to compete and win in a healthcare marketplace.
• Develop a territory plan including goals and resource allocation for key customers.
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
