Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking an entry-level to specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate physicians and promote pharmaceutical products across assigned territory. You will manage physician groups, maintain relationships, and work with management to meet sales goals while delivering quality customer service.

The role requires the ability to work remotely, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications such as PSC/CNPR/CMR to support continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth.
• Completion of industry-specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCPs and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.
