Job summary

Paragon Pharma in the United States is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty). This role will educate, promote and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers, with responsibility for managing a territory and building relationships.

Candidates should have some sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely using Zoom; industry certifications PSC/CNPR/CMR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and use Zoom.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales and increase product volume.
• Completion of industry certifications PSC/CNPR/CMR preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and optimize territory performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Inform physicians about pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time between in-person visits and remote communication to achieve results.
• Develop territory plans with goals and resource allocation.
• Gain formulary acceptance with managed care accounts.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to grow sales.
