Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to drive pharmaceutical generic product sales to independent retail pharmacies. Responsible for creating and maintaining customer partnerships, this role can function remotely across the U.S.

Expected responsibilities include managing existing relationships, converting new business, and identifying market intelligence. A Bachelor’s degree and sales experience are preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong process management, customer service, and communication skills preferred.
• Self-motivated to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Call on current and potential pharmacies in an assigned geographical area.
• Form long standing customer relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Convert existing and potential customers' use of targeted products.
• Identify market intelligence and communicate to internal resources.
• Create and maintain a database of market intelligence and sales activity.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Cardinal Health and customer industry.
• Negotiate and collaborate with customers and colleagues effectively.
