Cardinal Health is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive pharmaceutical generic product sales to independent retail pharmacies across the United States. You will prospect, build partnerships, and strengthen relationships with current customers while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include visiting pharmacies, developing long-term relationships with pharmacists and technicians, and creating territory plans. The role offers a remote work option nationwide and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Strong process management, customer service, and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on current and potential pharmacies in an assigned geographical area to convert new business and grow market share.
• Form long-standing customer relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Convert customers’ use of targeted products and ensure sustained sales growth.
• Identify market trends and competitive activity and communicate insights to internal teams.
