Job summary

Alcon is looking to hire a District Manager to join our New Pharmaceutical team. This is a field based remote role. This is an opportunity for a District Manager to lead a team of Sales Specialists within their territory.

Territory includes: VA, MD, OH, Washington DC, WV, NC. As a District Manager you will provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists in order to achieve performance objectives; this is accomplished by achieving field day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists to meet performance objectives.
• Develop and implement customer strategies to grow sales and market share.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective team communication.
• Manage budgets and resources within the territory.
• Travel extensively within territory to engage customers.
