Job summary

Alcon in the United States seeks a Division Manager, Pharmaceutical Sales to lead a high-performing team across Connecticut and surrounding areas of New York. This remote, field-based leadership role focuses on driving commercial execution, customer engagement, product adoption, and district growth while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will coach, hire, and develop talent, shape district sales strategy, support product launches, manage budgets, and use data to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, understanding and speaking.
• 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• 3 years of demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists to meet district sales objectives.
• Conduct field coaching to strengthen selling skills and customer engagement.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
• Develop and execute district business plans to grow revenue.
• Analyze territory trends and implement strategic action plans.
• Manage district budgets, resources, and priorities.
