Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists to achieve district sales objectives.
• Conduct regular field coaching and development sessions to strengthen selling skills and customer engagement.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute district business plans to drive market share, revenue growth, and performance against sales targets.
• Analyze territory and district trends and implement strategic action plans to improve results.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Sales Training, Operations, and Commercial Leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution.
