Alcami Corporation is seeking a Business Development Associate to identify and qualify new leads, supporting growth across our CDMO, Pharma Storage, and related services. This entry-level role provides a clear career path and the opportunity to advance within business development.

You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct outreach via email and phone, and collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to qualify leads and convert them into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2–3 years of Inside Sales or customer-facing experience.
• Prior pharmaceutical or CDMO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from marketing channels and respond via email/phone/LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and record progress in SFDC; use MAP for email analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop on-brand messaging and with BD/Operations to move leads to opportunities.
• Engage in proactive outbound campaigns to target specific regions in the US and support Tradeshow efforts.
