Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences required.
• 2–3 years in Inside Sales or customer-facing roles; pharma/CDMO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from marketing channels.
• Reach out via Email, Phone, and LinkedIn with a defined call strategy.
• Qualify leads and update CRM (SFDC); track activity with MAP.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Ops to convert leads to opportunities.
• Generate timely sales activity reports and forecasts.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
