Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required.
• 9+ years of public accounting experience; strong audit background.
• Ability to manage client engagements, budgets and staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to completion.
• Mentor and supervise staff at all levels.
• Develop new business and meet sales targets.
• Represent the firm externally in the business community.
