Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; advanced degree a plus.
• CPA license required; strong technical accounting and tax knowledge preferred.
• Experience: 9+ years in public accounting with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client engagements from planning to completion.
• Supervise and mentor staff at all levels; conduct performance reviews.
• Identify and pursue new clients; meet annual sales goals.
• Maintain and grow client relationships; enhance firm visibility.
