Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Sales Development Manager to drive growth in the PFAS testing market across the United States. The role focuses on market development, strategy, and opportunities with CTOs, environmental laboratories, and other industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in scientific sales, business development, market development, or commercial leadership.
• Experience in PFAS, environmental testing, analytical instrumentation, laboratory services, or regulated testing markets.
• Experience engaging with contract testing organizations, environmental laboratories, CROs, or commercial laboratory networks is desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and execute market expansion strategies and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. PFAS CTO growth strategy, including market segmentation and opportunity creation.
• Identify opportunities across environmental, water, food, packaging, cosmetics, textiles and industrial materials testing laboratories.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, laboratory leaders and strategic stakeholders.
• Generate and manage a robust PFAS opportunity pipeline through outreach and campaigns.
• Collaborate with account managers, specialists and application scientists to progress opportunities through evaluations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and coordinate executive-level engagement for strategic accounts.
• Capture customer feedback to inform strategy, product development and customer success initiatives.
