Waters Corporation seeks a commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive PFAS market growth across the United States. You will pair with CTOs, environmental labs and testing providers to expand Waters PFAS solutions, workflows, and services, enabling laboratories to scale testing capacity and meet evolving regulations.

The role requires close collaboration with regional sales, application science, regulatory affairs and product teams, with substantial customer engagement and travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years in scientific sales, business development, or commercial leadership within PFAS/environmental testing.
• Experience engaging with contract testing organizations, laboratories, CROs, or commercial lab networks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the U.S. PFAS growth strategy, including market segmentation and opportunity planning.
• Generate and manage a robust PFAS opportunity pipeline through engagement, conferences, and campaigns.
• Partner with account managers, specialists and scientists to advance opportunities through demonstrations, proposals and negotiations.
• Maintain forecasts and coordinate executive-level engagement for strategic customer accounts.
• Forge trusted relationships with CTOs and laboratory networks to enable PFAS market growth.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and customer-focused content.
