Waters Corporation is seeking a commercially focused Business Development Manager to lead growth in the PFAS testing market across the United States. The role emphasizes market development, opportunity creation and strategic partnerships with CTOs, environmental labs and testing providers.

Candidate will drive revenue through pipeline development, enablement of field teams, and collaboration with cross-functional groups to translate regulatory and technical knowledge into compelling value

Competenze

Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Analytical Science, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
Advanced scientific degree (MSc or PhD) and/or MBA preferred.

Mansioni

Develop the U.S. PFAS CTO growth strategy, including market segmentation, geographic prioritization and opportunity creation.
Generate, qualify and manage a robust PFAS opportunity pipeline through customer engagement and targeted outreach.
Develop trusted-advisor relationships with contract testing organizations, laboratory networks and senior customer stakeholders.
Enable field teams on PFAS regulations, workflows, technologies and customer value propositions.
Maintain strong knowledge of PFAS workflows, LC-MS/MS, sample preparation, automation and informatics.
Provide regular updates on market conditions, pipeline progression and revenue performance to leadership.
