Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a customer service representative to handle high-volume inbound calls remotely in a US-based environment. You will de-escalate concerns with empathy, resolve inquiries across multiple systems, and meet productivity and quality goals.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with experience in insurance or healthcare and basic knowledge of life and health products preferred. Training is remote with a fixed CST schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or contact center experience is preferred.
• Exposure to insurance or healthcare and basic knowledge of life and health insurance products.
