Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to serve a remote book of business with a focus on client service, policy accuracy, and timely support throughout the policy lifecycle.

You will collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims questions while delivering proactive, high-quality service in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania P&C license.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products and carrier procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and carrier platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts.
• Review new business and renewals for accuracy.
• Process endorsements and policy changes.
• Manage billing inquiries and service transactions.
• Build relationships with clients and carriers.
• Guide clients through claims and carrier resources.
