FOCUS is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound calls and chats from clients and agents, providing accurate policy information and processing updates with efficiency. You will manage endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries while maintaining a positive client experience and meeting service standards.

Ideal candidates have two years of Personal Lines agency experience and strong communication skills, including de-escalation when needed.

Qualificações

• Two years Agency experience in Personal Lines including homeowners and other lines.
• Bilingual Arabic or Urdu is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound phone calls and chats from clients and/or agents in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, billing, payments, and endorsements.
• Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and other related transactions.
• Prioritize workload to meet service level agreements and departmental standards.
