Job summary

FOCUS Insurance Group is hiring for a fully remote Customer Support Specialist in insurance services. You will handle inbound calls and chats on personal lines policies, process endorsements and billing inquiries, and provide accurate policy information to clients and agents.

Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines (including homeowners) and strong communication are required. You’ll work within a collaborative team and adapt to regulatory requirements while using common office software

Qualifications

• Two years agency experience in Personal Lines including homeowners and other lines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software.
• Ability to handle difficult clients professionally and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and chats regarding personal lines policies.
• Process endorsements, cancellations and billing inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on policies, coverage and payments.
