You should have 2+ years in personal lines, a P&C license, and proficiency with MS Office; ability to obtain licensing across states is a plus, and hybrid onsite may be required occasionally in California.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with high accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Manage email, fax, and return mail communications with timely updates to client records.
• Underwriting Support: Communicate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Claims Assistance: Support client claims processes as needed.
• Performance Communication: Maintain open communication with supervisors and respond to coaching feedback.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, including licensure and CE.
• Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Continuously strengthen insurance knowledge to support client needs.
