Insurance Office of America is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate to support personal lines clients remotely across the U.S. The role emphasizes policy servicing, client communications, endorsements, and teamwork with Account Managers to grow the book of business.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in personal lines and an active P&C license, with a willingness to obtain licensing in other states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service with proactive communication and first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications for client records.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with the facilitation of client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education compliance.
• Develop positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership and carriers.
• Pursue professional development and insurance knowledge growth.
