Qualifications

• Active P&C license and ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.

• High accuracy handling large volumes of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Client service: deliver proactive, professional client communications.
• Policy servicing: process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, address changes.
• Correspondence management: manage emails, faxes, and mail updates.
• Underwriting support: liaise with carriers to fulfill requirements.
• Proofs of insurance: prepare and deliver documents promptly.
• Team collaboration: support account managers to service books of business.
• Claims assistance: aid in client claims processes as needed.
• Compliance: maintain licensure and continuing education.
