Job summary

Holman Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Agent to engage Holman dealerships and build awareness of our insurance services. You will develop consultative quotes, expand cross-selling, and drive new business while maintaining a strong client book.

This role requires a four-year degree or equivalent, a Property & Casualty license, and at least one year in insurance, with some local travel and occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum of one-year experience in insurance industry.
• Maintains a $25,000 minimum monthly average premium in personal lines with at least 10 households/month.

Responsibilities

• Engage key personnel at Holman dealerships to create awareness of Holman Insurance Services.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Contact introductions using phone, email, social media to assess household insurance needs.
• Develop quotes and information with a consultative, value-based approach.
• Generate new business applications for personal lines Property and Casualty insurance with timely submission.
• Field questions on coverage options, discounts, and pricing.
• Assist management to achieve premium and retention targets for all lines.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the insurance group at Holman functions.
• Collaborate with Account Representatives and customer service to meet growth objectives.
• Assist with client service needs including policy changes, billing questions, and claims inquiries.
