Job summary

Haven, LLC, a growing personal lines insurance agency, is seeking an Insurance Advisor to handle high-volume inquiries, quote and place home/auto coverage, and cross-sell to optimize client accounts. This remote-first role reports to a Sales Manager and targets continuous improvement in conversion and service quality.

You will maintain meticulous client records in the AMS/CRM, participate in coaching, and contribute to building training playbooks as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Requires Active Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced sales or call center.
• Proficient with CRM and quoting/rating systems; strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups.
• Quote and place the best home, auto, and personal lines coverage.
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to optimize accounts, e.g., home/auto/umbrella.
