Job summary

Haven, LLC is expanding its personal lines insurance team in the United States. As an Insurance Advisor, you will handle high‑volume inquiries, quote and place home and auto coverage, and cross-sell to build complete client portfolios.

You will work in a remote‑first environment, meeting production targets and collaborating with a Sales Manager and Client Service Advisors to ensure top‑tier client service and growth.

Qualifications

• Active P&C or Personal Lines license required; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales or call center environment; personal lines sales experience preferred.
• Track record of hitting production, conversion, or quota-based goals.
• Strong needs-assessment and cross-selling instincts; look for whole-account opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries from prospective clients, with outbound follow-up on quotes and referrals.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and quote/place the best home, auto, and other personal lines coverage.
• Cross-sell and round out accounts (e.g., bundling home and auto; add umbrella or other lines).
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets for calls, quotes, and policies; adapt to monthly volumes.
• Document every client interaction, application, and policy detail in AMS/CRM.
• Hand off bound policies with context to the Client Service Advisor for smooth service.
