First Commonwealth Insurance Agency is seeking a qualified Insurance Advisor focused on personal lines. You will advise new and existing clients, quote and sell new business policies, and deliver high-level service to customers in a consumer services role within our Property/Casualty division.

The role emphasizes sales, service, and advisement with responsibilities covering pre-qualifying, quoting, binding coverage, and proactive cross-selling of accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of Personal Lines experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• PA Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel periodically.
• May be eligible for Telecommuting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business including pre-qualifying, underwriting, marketing, quoting, and binding coverage.
• Actively prospect for new clients and promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Receive, document, and process insured requests for service (changes, auto ID, quotes).
• Round out existing accounts by selling additional personal lines coverages or policies.
• Initiate contact with current clients via outbound calls, email and written correspondence.
