Job summary

OneGroup is seeking a Personal Insurance Client Advisor to join our team. You will work within the Personal Insurance department to respond to client needs, protect assets, and service a book of business.

Responsibilities include handling policy changes, renewals, claims, advising on value over price, performing coverage reviews, and coordinating with underwriters to resolve issues while maintaining thorough documentation and client communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• College Degree Preferred.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Professional Certifications/Licenses required or preferred.
• Property & Casualty License required or maintained.
• License maintenance via continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business and build relationships with each account.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals and claims processing.
• Advise clients on value and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct coverage and exposure reviews with clients.
• Reach out to new clients within 30–45 days of their new business date.
• Coordinate with carriers/underwriters to resolve issues.
• Document all client and carrier interactions in the company system.
