Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC seeks a Personal Lines Sales Executive to deliver tailored insurance solutions, win new business, and round out existing accounts. You will advise clients on coverage options and build strong relationships to ensure optimal protection and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will create proposals, present to prospective and existing clients, and collaborate with teams to address needs while guiding clients through policy terms and agency processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Seek new business by developing leads and referrals.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, walk-in, or referral with personalized service.
• Handle all non-producer sales.
• Assess and prequalify prospects for insurability and risk quality.
• Create compelling insurance proposals and deliver sales presentations.
• Round out and upsell existing accounts to full protection.
• Explain coverages and exclusions and suggest risk-reduction options.
• Educate clients on agency payment expectations and policy terms.
• Record all client information and interactions in EPIC.
