You will assist Insurance Advisors, process policy updates, and stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products. MO P&C license within 90 days and completion of training are required.

• Refer member requests for additional products or services to licensed representatives.
• Manage daily carrier downloads to CRM system.
• Maintain accurate member records.
• Stay updated about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.
• Assist Insurance Advisors with tasks such as gathering information, completing applications, contacting clients, and data entry.
