The Hilb Group is seeking a motivated Personal Lines CSR for a remote position reporting to our Bonita Springs, FL agency. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, data entry, endorsements, and policy verifications while maintaining accurate records and timely communication with clients.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. A self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient data entry skills and organized work habits.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with cancellations, inquiries, and requests.
• Process data entry, policy orders, and endorsements.
• Verify policy information and update certificates of insurance.
• Support renewal and expiration lists and prepare proposals.
• Enter client data into the agency management system.
• Coordinate with producers to prepare client proposals.
