Job summary

Patra Corporation is seeking a Property & Casualty licensed Personal Lines Customer Care Specialist to manage day-to-day personal lines insurance for active clients. Expect 30–50 calls daily and inbound sales and fulfillment, educating customers on policy coverages to meet client targets.

The role requires self-motivation, strong organization, excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid personal lines knowledge base. This is a remote, US-based position with standard EST hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2+ years of personal lines experience (Auto & Home).
• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Inform and educate customers on policy coverages and needs.
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, faxes, and mail from clients and prospects.
• Adapt to various insurance carrier rating websites.
• Research market conditions and maintain knowledge of carrier websites.
