Job summary

Altum is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to support our business clients remotely. You will handle inquiries, policy changes, and claims coordination with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate or bachelor preferred), prior customer service experience in insurance, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and insurance software is a plus, with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support sales with renewals and client retention.
