Job summary

Holman Insurance Services seeks a proactive insurance support specialist to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail. You will process policy changes, assist with audits, and help the sales team organize documents while promoting renewal retention and exemplary service.

The role requires a Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license or eligibility for licensing exams, with a proactive, adaptable attitude and strong written communication. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license required.
• License issuance within 90 days of joining the organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve issues or reroute to a team member.
• Process policy changes, answer billing questions, issue insurance documents and certificates.
• Assist the sales team by organizing, scanning and filing required policy documents.
• Aid customer support with policy audits and retention efforts.
• Field questions on insurance coverage options, discounts and pricing.
• Support renewal retention efforts and act as a Holman brand ambassador.
• Interact with Account Representatives and customer service staff.
• Complete administrative tasks including calls, emails, filing, and events.
• Be willing to travel locally within NJ and PA markets as needed.
• Adapt to changing business needs and participate in training sessions.
