Job summary

gpac is seeking a Part-Time Remote Personal Lines Client Service Agent to join our team and deliver outstanding service to existing personal lines clients. This remote role offers flexibility and a strong emphasis on client relationships and accurate account servicing.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Personal Lines experience, especially with homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining

Qualifications

Experience in Personal Lines required.
Experience with homeowners, auto, umbrella and other personal lines products.
Remote work experience preferred and ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Service and maintain existing Personal Lines accounts.
Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and general service needs.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, certificates, and other account changes.
Handle billing and coverage-related questions.
Assist clients with claims and help direct them to the appropriate carrier resources when needed.
Communicate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
Review policies and make recommendations when appropriate.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide timely, professional, and responsive customer service.
Assist with other Personal Lines service responsibilities as needed.
