Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Private Client Group Account Associate to support personal lines clients with policy servicing and carrier coordination. This fully remote role requires a California P&C license and prior personal lines experience.

You will work with Account Managers to ensure accurate servicing, timely communications, and strong client experiences across a growing book of business. California market knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license with ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong multi-tasking and high accuracy in handling large volumes.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service by proactively addressing client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process policy servicing actions: endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Manage correspondence via email, fax, and mail with timely updates to client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance and support account management teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure client satisfaction.
