Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license and ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and high accuracy in large volumes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service with professional communication and first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Manage email, fax, and mail communications with timely updates.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance.
• Support Account Managers in servicing books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance and continuing education.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents and carriers.
