Insurance Office of America is seeking a Private Client Group Account Associate for personal lines. The role supports account management, policy servicing, client communications, and carrier coordination.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client-centric service are essential to support agency growth and retention. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in personal lines, holds an active P&C license, and can obtain licensing in 50 states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Client service: deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining professional communication, and striving for first-call resolution.
• Policy servicing: process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Correspondence management: manage email, fax, and return mail communications, timely updates to client records.
• Underwriting support: communicate with insurance carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Proofs of insurance: prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team collaboration: work closely with Account Managers to support servicing of books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Claims assistance: assist with facilitation of client claims processes as needed.
• Performance communication: maintain open communication with supervisors regarding challenges and performance expectations; implement coaching feedback.
• Compliance: adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining active licensure and continuing education.
• Relationship building: develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional development: strengthen industry knowledge, technical skills, and insurance expertise to support client and business needs.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
