Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate to support the account management team with policy servicing, client communications, and carrier coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of personal lines experience, an active P&C license, and the ability to obtain licensure in all states. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license with ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and support retention.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and licensure requirements.
