A California-private-lines background and active P&C license are strongly preferred.

The position offers fully remote work with potential hybrid onsite as needed, emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong customer service in managing books of personal lines business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
• High accuracy handling large workloads.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and address changes.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance.
• Support account managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with licensure and CE requirements.
