TopDog Law in North Carolina seeks an experienced personal injury attorney to join our fast-moving, nationwide operation. You will manage case life cycles from intake through resolution, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients in a high-volume, ethical environment.

Requirements include a J.D., active NC Bar, 5–10 years PI experience, and excellent communication and writing skills. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered in a growth-focused, remote-capable firm.

Responsibilities

• Case Evaluation: assess merits and liability in Personal Injury claims.
• Legal Representation: file claims, gather evidence, and negotiate on client’s behalf.
• Legal Strategy: research, analyze medical records, and negotiate settlements.
• Client Communication: provide updates and explain processes to clients.
• Medical and Vocational Assessment: collaborate with experts to gauge injuries and future treatment.
• Case Management: organize files, track deadlines, coordinate with providers.
• Uphold Ethical Standards and confidentiality in all matters.
