Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op to drive territory growth across Ann Arbor, MI to Ft. Wayne, IN and South Bend, IN, with a focus on customer support and portfolio expansion. The role requires a proven sales track record, strong relationship skills, and data-driven planning.

A valid driver’s license is required, and up to 50% travel is expected. Remote work option is available and relocation may be authorized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years in private/public/government/military environment.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with minimum 6 years in private/public/government/military environment.
• Current and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable growth based on targets/quotas
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning
• Maintain sales call data using Salesforce.com
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints
• Leverage hospital network to identify expansion and conversion opportunities
• Persuade key stakeholders at accounts to advocate for proposed solutions and products
• Relationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Increase mix of NPI utilization
• Collaborate with channel/distribution partners to manage relationships
• Offer in-service, education, technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues
• Drive contract compliance and standardization opportunities
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
